Product Family Stainless Steel Quality Class 4
The Ganter product range includes a large number of standard parts made of high-quality, non-rusting stainless steels. Thanks to their outstanding material properties, these are used in a wide array of industries. Product description
Shackles GN 585.2 are used to connect chains, ropes, straps, or belts to one another in a detachable manner or to secure them to appropriate fastening points. They are used, for example, for angle limiters, anti-loss devices, barriers, suspended signs, and splash guards, or as tensioning and bracing elements.
The twisted design connects two mounting holes that are offset by 90° and, in the case of short chains, prevents the chain links from twisting unintentionally. Commercial version shackles must not be used for lifting operations within the meaning of the Machinery Regulation.
The stainless steel version is suitable for use in particularly corrosive environments.
