Product description

Load rings GN 587.1 for welding are designed for rapid mounting.

They provide high dynamic and static strength and can be load from any direction with approved safety for all loading directions.

The steel tape (Type F) holds the ring in any position and dampens any noise caused by vibrations. All parts are undetachably connected.

The two support lugs improve the bearing of hooks and enhance the support effect in the event of oblique suspension rings.

Load rings GN 587.1 comply with Mechanical Engineering Directive 2006 / 42 / EG and DGUV rules GS-HM-36.

Load rings are suitable for both lifting and lashing applications. Switching between the two types of use is permitted without restrictions as long as the permissible carrying capacity (WLL) is not exceeded during lashing. If load rings are used exclusively as lashing points, they can be loaded beyond the permissible carrying capacity up to the maximum lashing capacity (LC).

The specified load values apply to an operating temperature range of –20 °C to +200 °C.

The wear limit or end of service life of the lifting point is easily and reliably discernible based on raised or recessed wear markings.

If these are no longer at a different level than the surface due to wear, the service life of the lifting point has been reached.
