Product Family Stainless Steel Quality Class 2
The Ganter product range includes a large number of standard parts made of high-quality, non-rusting stainless steels. Thanks to their outstanding material properties, these are used in a wide array of industries. Their corrosion and rust resistance in particular contributes to the value stability and longevity of machines and equipment.
For easier differentiation, the stainless steels used by Ganter are divided into stainless steel quality classes:

Product description
Construction tubes GN 990 can be used in combination with appropriate flanged, two-way or T-angle connector clamps to build modular and variable frames or racks.
Compared to typical DIN round tubes, the outer diameters have tighter tolerances for an optimal non-positive connection with the connector clamps. The wall thickness and internal dimensions have wider tolerances.
Stainless steel versions may have a slightly raised weld seam on the inside.
