Hinges GN 237 with vertically elongated hinge leafs are made in a compact and sturdy design and require little space on the sides. They are used when a greater load capacity and better transmission of force to the surrounding structure is required.
Type C hinges with threaded studs are shrouded and fastened from the rear side to prevent vandalism.
