Product description

Split shaft collars GN 707.4 are used when axial mounting is not possible. They can be clamped easily and quickly without tools by reducing the slot height using an adjustable hand lever. For example, this allows them to be used as an end stop that must be frequently adjusted.

The thread locking of the supplied socket cap screw ensures that the slot height set during installation is retained even when the clamping lever is released.

The dimensions of the split shaft collars correspond to the semi-split shaft collars GN 706.2 / GN 706.4. The thread d3 for sizes d1 = 16 to 36 is designed as a through hole; for sizes d1 = 42 and larger, it is designed as a blind hole.
