The Ganter product range includes a large number of standard parts made of high-quality, non-rusting stainless steels. Thanks to their outstanding material properties, these are used in a wide array of industries. Their corrosion and rust resistance in particular contributes to the value stability and longevity of machines and equipment.
For easier differentiation, the stainless steels used by Ganter are divided into stainless steel quality classes:
Standard Parts in this product family are compatible with the most common aluminium profile systems. Using matching assembly sets, the Ganter standard elements are easily and cost-effectively connected with the profiles without the time-consuming compiling of individual parts in the order.
With stainless steel hinges GN 127 doors and covers can be positioned snugly and in a finely adjusted manner by moving the adjusting bushings. In this way, door gaps can be readjusted and manufacturing tolerances can be compensated. The arrowheads mark the middle of the adjustable range w.
The stainless steel variants are also generally suited for applications under especially aggressive conditions.
