Product description
The window of oil sight glasses GN 543.3 is embedded in the body during the injection process and it is therefore absolutely leaktight.
These oil sight glasses use the so-called prismatic effect of a „cat’s eye“ to give a clear and unmistakable oil level reading irrespective of oil color or viscosity. The advantage of these effects becomes obvious in case of a total underfilling or overfilling and monitoring the situation under unfavourable conditions.
The sealing ring is embedded in a radial undercut and it cannot be extruded during the tightening operation.
