GN 3441 Base Plates Plastic

Base plates GN 3441 are made of plastic, making them lightweight, resistant to corrosion and electrically insulating. They are used with threaded studs GN 3440 or ball joints GN 3440.1 for setting up and leveling machines, devices and equipment.

The geometry of the base plate distributes the load over a large area and, in combination with the high-quality plastic, results in a high static load capacity.

The threaded studs or ball joints can be installed using a soft-head mallet or a press. The mounting holes in the base plate are sealed with a thin layer of plastic when delivered, which can be easily pierced or drilled through.

The static load capacity values specified in the table are non-binding guidelines; exceeding these values may result in deformation or component failure.
