Standard Parts in this product family are compatible with the most common aluminium profile systems. Using matching assembly sets, the Ganter standard elements are easily and cost-effectively connected with the profiles without the time-consuming compiling of individual parts in the order.
Product family standard parts made of detectable plastics
Visually detectable standard parts are made of blue plastic. The blue color makes them especially visible to the human eye and, perhaps more importantly, to optical monitoring systems.
Metal detectable standard parts are made of blue plastics that contain additives such as iron oxide. As a result, they are detected by metal detectors as of a particle volume of 0.125 cm³, meaning that even hidden plastic chips can be detected.
All detectable plastic standard parts are made of FDA compliant plastic granulate as per FDA CFR.21 and EU 10/2011.
The clamping bore axis of the flanged connector clamps GN 146.9 lies on a plane parallel to the surface of the flange. It holds typical construction tubes with full surface contact over the entire cross-section of the bore.
At the screw location z, the socket cap screw reduces the bore cross-section for clamping. Adapter bushings GN 290 can be used to reduce the bore cross-sections to a smaller diameter.
For clamping without tools, the socket cap screw can be replaced by one of the adjustable hand levers GN 911.9 listed in the table as accessories.
The plastic used in version VDB is made from blue, visually detectable and FDA-compliant plastic granulate as per FDA CFR.21 and EU 10/2011.
