The customers of Ganter speak a clear language, in 2015 we awarded the grade 1.7 for best service quality and customer service!

The survey of Tüv Saarland is conducted every two years.

"TÜV Service tested" is based on a voluntary representative customer survey. The seal is awarded only to companies that are valued in accordance with good by its customers.

The key aspects are:

- Overall satisfaction with the company: On the 5-point scale (1 = very good, 2 = good, 3= satisfactory, 4 = sufficient,5 =  insufficient) must be reached at least the average grade 2.2.

- Overall satisfaction with the service benefits: On the 5-point scale
(1 = very good, 2 = good, 3= satisfactory, 4 = sufficient,5 =  insufficient)  must be reached at least the average grade 2.2.

- The most important criteria: Through the written survey to determine which criteria are most important in the performance process. The five most important single criteria must reach at least the average rating 2.2 on average on a 5-point scale.

Our results of this year's customer satisfaction survey is as follows:

Overall satisfaction in the service area: 1.7

Of the five above-mentioned key criteria from the service area:

- Product quality: 1.32

- Punctuality: 1.48

- Delivery: 1.64

- Delivery Speed: 1.61

- Consulting expertise: 1.59
